Return Policy makes every possible control so that no defective product reaches the consumer. In any case, regardless of whether the product is defective or simply does not meet your expectations, we will gladly replace it.
Returns are only accepted within fourteen (14) calendar days (postmark or delivery date of courier) from the date of receipt and if the following conditions are met,
All returned items must be received by us in the original condition you received them.
All products must have all the manufacturer's tags and tags attached to them when they were purchased, as well as the packaging that came with them.
The defective product is only exchanged with a new item of the same code.
Items sold as offers/discounts are only replaced with corresponding products and not with items belonging to non-discounted collections, eg current or ongoing seasons.
Product change
To make a product change, you must place a new order with the new product you wish to purchase and in the details field (when completing the comments) state that it is a change of order with the number -AAA- that will correspond in your original order.

Return costs
If the return is due to a wrong shipment by us or a defective product, we will gladly cover the relevant transport costs, as long as the return is made through the courier cooperating with us and it concerns an order within Greece. In any other case, the return is at your own expense.
We would like to inform you that the company bears no responsibility for any damage or deterioration of the products after their use and is under no obligation to replace them.
Returned items that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the recipient at their own expense.
