Order Cancellation and Returns

Cancellation of the order is possible in the following cases:

Changes / Returns

The company will not accept any return that incurs shipping costs and is carried out with a courier company other than the partner Comet/ACS courier.
A necessary condition for the return to be accepted is that the product is in perfect condition, in the original packaging as you received it and that the special markings (tags/barcodes) have not been removed.
The packaging of the returned product must be the one originally chosen by our company to accompany the order and be in excellent condition as it is an accompanying item. Our company may not accept the returned item if the specific packaging is not used.
You must include a copy of your retail receipt or invoice to validate your right to purchase.
We would like to inform you that the company bears no responsibility for any damage or deterioration of the products after their use and is under no obligation to replace them.
To make a product change you must place a new order with the new product you wish to buy and in the details field (when completing the comments) state that it is a change of order with the number -AAA- that will correspond to your original order. Otherwise, you can contact our service center by telephone.
In the event that the amount of the new product is less than the previous purchase that is to be changed, an additional purchase may be made or credit may be deducted for the next purchase, in any other case the payment of the resulting difference will be charged to the new Mission.
For the change of products, the purchase price applies. Free returns apply to orders within Greece.
